Stem Cell Research

The purpose of this report is to clearly summarise the current situation of stem cell research, the experimental strategies being used in research, the facts and concepts which have been confirmed and the hypotheses that future approaches are based on. This report was drafted by the Advisory Committee on Ethics in Scientific and Technological Research. FECYT created this committee in 2003.
